Equipment / Quarry Operator

Operate quarry and related equipment to support production and maintenance in a safe, efficient manner. Maintain adherence to Environmental Health & Safety policies, participate in safety initiatives, communicate effectively with staff, and keep work areas clean and organized. Provide coaching and training to other employees as needed. Demonstrate ability to work independently within a team, understand equipment functions and processes, and contribute to safe operations. Overtime and weekend availability is required. Welding, cutting, and basic mechanical skills are desirable; experience with haul trucks, loaders, and various mine equipment is relevant.
