Job Summary
Plan and analyze HVAC equipment projects, establishing schedules, parameters, and procedures to meet system objectives. Communicate with building owners, contractors, and field staff to investigate concerns and implement corrective actions. Monitor assigned project budgets, forecast cost at completion, and manage cash flow through progress billing and collections support. Create and revise project schedules by generating tasks, estimates, dependencies, and milestones while ensuring compliance with internal ordering processes. Enter equipment orders, issue purchase orders, and generate work orders for equipment start-ups. Work onsite Monday through Thursday with flexible Friday scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- (4) year bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical or industrial engineering from an accredited university
- Minimum of four (4) years of project management, equipment, HVAC or related experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature equipment preferred
