Job Summary
Plans, analyzes, and manages HVAC equipment projects from initiation through completion, establishing schedules, parameters, and procedures to meet system objectives; communicates with customers, building owners, mechanical contractors, and field staff; maintains customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and implementing corrective actions; tracks equipment orders, purchase orders, and start-up activities; manages project cash flow and budget, including progress billing and collections; creates and revises project schedules with tasks, estimates, dependencies, and milestones; leverages HVAC knowledge to forecast costs and ensure compliance with internal ordering processes; requires strong communication, problem-solving, and independent/team collaboration skills; preferred candidates hold an Associate’s degree with 2+ years or 4+ years of relevant experience and familiarity with HVAC systems.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in business or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years of project management, equipment, HVAC or related experience; OR a minimum of four (4) years of project management, equipment, HVAC or related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
