Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for project delivery, managing profit & loss, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective management of project related activities. Key responsibilities include addressing and resolving commercial issues, securing on-time project delivery, managing project risks, and building long-term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, relevant work experience, strong leadership and communication skills, fluency in English and Italian, and the ability to navigate a matrix organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent from an accredited university or college
- Work experience in project execution environment
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Self-starter with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
