Job Summary
Optimize projects through product selection, specifications, plans, estimates, and value engineering while managing multiple ongoing assignments and project costs. Align schedules and deliverables to customer milestones, read building plans, and maintain job files. Coordinate submittals, track shipments, and respond to IOM requests to ensure timely completion. Communicate with owners, architects, contractors, and manufacturers to resolve concerns and maximize customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Accounting teams to prepare reports and improve project margins. This role supports Designed HVAC systems within a fast-paced, relationship-rich environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 4+ years account management and leadership experience
- Mechanical Contracting with emphasis on HVAC Equipment, Engineering or Construction industry experience
- Excellent initiative

- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Ability to discern workload to prioritize tasks to balance and meet all project goals in a timely manner
