Job Summary
Equipment Project Administrator role supporting the equipment fulfillment process for Trane Technologies. Responsible for general administrative functions, including assisting with ordering bill of materials, obtaining BOMs, estimating ship dates, updating schedules, informing customers of ship dates, processing service claims, sales allowances, retrofit activities, labor warranties, and handling project closeout documentation. Collaborates with Project Managers, Account Managers, and project staff to ensure timely completion of projects. Requires strong communication, ability to multitask, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. HVAC familiarity is preferred. Onsite work Monday through Thursday with flexibility on Fridays; positions located in Louisville, KY or Cincinnati, OH.
