Job Summary
Drive production and development challenges task forces to strengthen foundation projects and execute novelty implementations from design through mass-production scale across global sites. Lead developments requiring special attention based on technical complexity or time constraints, while establishing necessary quality and design guidelines. Serve as a key input giver to the Strategic Novelty Development road-map for improving efficiency and contribute to optimization projects with financial calculations and business cases. Requires relevant Project Management experience in a multinational manufacturing environment, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and professional-level English. This role supports LEGO's mission to inspire builders of tomorrow through continuous innovation and global manufacturing excellence.
Required Qualifications
