Job Summary
Operates motorized equipment including forklifts, clamps, cherry-pickers, and pallet jacks to receive, store, recycle, ship, and transport warehoused goods. Utilizes RF equipment to track product while disassembling, reassembling, or repairing materials based on customer specifications. Sorts, bales, weighs, and loads materials according to specific requirements. Requires forklift certification and minimum one year of warehousing experience. Performs duties in a warehouse setting involving prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to varying temperatures and noise. Regular attendance and compliance with safety policies are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, sufficient education to read, comprehend, and act upon verbal and written information required
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience in warehousing or logistics industry required
- Minimum of 1 year of Forklift experience required
- Forklift certification required
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong teamwork and communication required
- Must maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and report hazards promptly
- Regular, punctual attendance and compliance with company safety policies
