Job Summary
Prepare and operate printing press equipment in compliance with job specifications and quality standards. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance to ensure optimum output, prepare inks for proper color and consistency, and check paper and plates for format. Visually inspect forms throughout the run for quality and coordinate with the Production Team to prioritize jobs and reorganize when necessary. Maintain knowledge of safety requirements for the job and equipment. Work a 6:00am to 2:00pm Monday through Friday shift at the Jeffersonville, IN facility. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to set adjustable mechanism to required tolerances
- High degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail
- High degree of mechanical ability
- Good reading ability
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
- Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
- Frequently required to move inside the facility
- Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
- Must have ability to work with very close tolerances
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members
