Job Summary
The Equipment Operator performs all kinds of jobs with assigned equipment and people, ensuring safe, efficient service delivery with no HS&E incidents. Responsible for compliance with QHSE policies, PPE usage, formal training/certifications as required, and maintaining equipment in safe working order. Performs manual labor around the rig, participates in pre-tour toolbox meetings, supports emergency crews as directed, and conducts routine housekeeping and rig-up/rig-down preparations. Requires strong communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn new skills; reports to Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a skilled operator or equivalent military experience
- Basic PC literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite desirable
- Class A CDL (Class 5 license in Canada) clean driving record with HAZMAT preferred
- Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US/Canada, without sponsorship
