Job Summary
Equipment Operator performs all job duties around the rig with assigned equipment and crew, ensuring safe, efficient service delivery with no HS&E incidents. Responsibilities include pre-tour/toolbox meetings, complying with QHSE policies, completing training, obtaining required certifications, maintaining equipment, reporting issues, contributing to emergency crews, performing manual labor, housekeeping, and rig-up/rig-down preparation. Requires high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years of operator experience (or equivalent military experience), Class A CDL with clean driving record and HAZMAT preferred, and legal work authorization in US/Canada without sponsorship. Strong communication, teamwork, initiative, and willingness to learn are emphasized.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a skilled operator or equivalent military experience
- Class A CDL (Class 5 license in Canada) clean driving record with HAZMAT preferred
- Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US/Canada, without sponsorship
