Equipment Operator role in Zurich, performing independent operation of pilot plants for R&D according to development specifications; plans and executes experiments; handles raw material preparation and inventory; maintains cleanliness and follows lab guidelines and safety standards; maintains and improves plant equipment; communicates with plant engineers and suppliers; analyzes data and results; documents work and results; contributes to process development; requires completed apprenticeship in chemistry, plant engineering, electrical, or mechanical fields; proficiency with MS Office and basic PC use; English a plus; hands-on, precise, and careful work ethic; capable of contributing ideas, learning, and working well in a team; occasional dirty hands and technical workmanship are welcomed; compensation aligned with local market standards and relevant responsibilities.
