Job Summary
Operate motorized riding equipment within the Distribution Center, manually load and unload trailers, and transport merchandise to staging or storage areas. Use scanners to read bar codes, route received goods, and perform safety checks while working in storage racking up to 30 ft. Handle repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs, assist with daily cleanup, and drive equipment 75% or greater of the time. Outfitter will be cross-trained in other departments as needed and may carry out special projects. Availability to work a flexible schedule with mandatory overtime is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 18
- Successful completion of a driving test
- Successful completion of a written test
- Ability to be machine certified
- Ability to communicate with fellow employees in a courteous and professional manner
- Ability to be a team player
- Multitasking skills
- Commitment to safety rules and procedures
- Availability to work a flexible schedule with mandatory overtime
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job
- Must be able to repetitively lift, push, pull and carry 50 lbs

- Ability to work indoor in a non-climate-controlled environment
