Job Summary
Operate metal processing equipment using safe work habits. Observe processing operations to detect malfunctions and notify maintenance. Lift and move materials manually or with hoists; load/unload items from machines and conveyors. Safely clean equipment when jams occur and follow LOTOTO, Fall Prevention, and Fire Prevention procedures. Keep work areas neat and maintain efficient space organization. Ensure basic housekeeping and hygiene in the workplace; regular attendance and punctuality are essential. Communicate effectively and understand directions; basic math skills required. Bi-lingual English & Spanish is a plus. Comply with all safety, health, and environmental rules, policies, and procedures.
