Job Summary
Equipment Operator at Reworld will safely and efficiently process inbound materials and refuse using industrial equipment (e.g., forklift, track hoe, skid steer, vacuum truck) and will label containers, consolidate dumped refuse on the tipping floor, maintain housekeeping, perform exterior site maintenance (litter collection, snow removal), assist with equipment repairs, and manage traffic for incoming/outgoing loads. Requires ability to operate multiple industrial machines, lift 50 lbs, work from heights/in confined spaces, and wear full-face respirator; rotating shift availability and awareness of safety and DEI commitments are noted. Minimum education and 1 year equipment experience are preferred; compensation range is $56,900 to $75,700 annually, with benefits and potential adjustments based on location/experience.
