Job Summary
Operate heavy equipment in a recycling facility (e.g., Bobcats, skidsteers, wheel loaders, forklifts, front-end loaders) to move recycled and bailed material, perform routine inspections and maintenance, promote workplace safety and environmental practices, and interact with customers and Waste Connections staff to determine safe, environmentally sound service solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience running heavy equipment
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements
