Job Summary
Set up computerization production runs using proprietary software CLPS and monitor label manufacturing for accuracy while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices. Operate automated and non-automated inkjet equipment to print variable and static text on clinical labels following client-approved proofs. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform roll splicing with manual equipment while handling hazardous materials and standing for the full third shift from 11:00pm to 7:30am.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
- Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
- Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
- Standing for full shift
- Will work with hazardous/toxic materials
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
- Experience in a cGMP environment
- Knowledge and experience in the printing or manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in computer operations of transferring data
