Job Summary
The Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating various heavy and agricultural equipment, including front end loader, belt press, and excavator. Duties include conducting daily inspections, performing preventative maintenance, maintaining operation records, and executing shop clean up and equipment setup. Strong communication skills, the ability to perform basic math, and a valid driver's license are necessary. Travel between job sites is required, and experience operating heavy equipment is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Drivers’ License
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of project work experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude

- The worker is subject to confined spaces
- The worker is subject to both environmental conditions: Activities occur inside and out
- The worker is subject to hazards: Includes a variety of physical conditions such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places
- This position requires travel and overtime
