Equipment Operator

Operate a variety of plant equipment and assist in production, quality control, loading, and shipping. Perform daily pre/post-shift inspections, clean-up tasks, and maintain a maintenance log. Assist Plant Operators and Equipment Operators, with general duties and cross-train across all plant areas. Conduct shovel work, sweeping, lifting, and act as a spotter; maintain good housekeeping. Willing to travel around Central Iowa and Eastern Nebraska to support other plants; may require long hours and weekend work. Requires a High School degree, 1+ year related experience, and a valid driver’s license. Team-oriented role with opportunities to learn and operate plant-specific mobile equipment; physical demands include occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
