Job Summary
Operate a variety of equipment and assist with plant maintenance, production, loading, and shipping. Perform shovel work, sweeping, lifting, and cleaning while acting as a spotter. Use tools and clean-up equipment to support production, including removal of material on and from beneath the plant. Assist other operators with general duties as requested and maintain daily pre/post-shift inspections and maintenance logs. Maintain good housekeeping in areas of responsibility and be willing to cross-train in all plant areas. Travel around Central Iowa and Eastern Nebraska to support other plants. Full-time position requiring long hours and weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree
- 1+ year related experience
- Valid driver's license
- Must be willing to cross-train in all plant areas
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
