Job Summary
Equipment Operator responsible for maintaining grounds and improving curb appeal: mow, edge, rake leaves, water flower beds, remove weeds and trim landscape; wash, clean, and refuel equipment after use; maintain facilities such as fountains, planters, sidewalks, and parking areas; operate tractors/trucks/utility vehicles; follow safety policies, report unsafe conditions, and maintain confidentiality of company assets; stand/walk for extended periods and handle objects up to 50 pounds; perform snow/ice maintenance if applicable; no supervisory duties required; training and certifications as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Less than 1-year related work experience
