Job Summary
Operate and set up printing machinery, monitor production to minimize scrap and meet quality targets, troubleshoot issues, supervise an assistant operator, complete shift paperwork, perform in-process quality inspections, review job tickets and BOMs, read measurements, and perform light maintenance. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and communicate effectively to ensure safe, efficient production.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 months of relevant experience preferred, with training available for the right candidate
