Job Summary
Support production machinery and monitor manufacturing lines while documenting processes according to highest quality standards. Assist with plant setup and commissioning, prepare media and buffer solutions, and perform regular quality controls. Act as shift leader deputy to coordinate production staff, provide technical guidance, and support qualification and validation activities. Operate process control systems and deliver training to employees. Requires production experience, shift work readiness, and strong German language skills.
