Job Summary
Equipment Operator I at Rooms To Go responsible for consolidating, straightening and safely moving inventory from receiving through shipping; operates Tugger and related equipment to organize racks; adheres to operational policies and procedures; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in a non air-conditioned environment, and function in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting; role requires passing drug test and background check; start pay is $17.50 per hour with potential $50 weekly shift bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Heavy equipment operation
- Able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
- Able to submit to a Drug Test and Background Investigation
- Ability to bend, stand, walk for prolonged period of time
- Able to follow directions and work safely
- Capacity to learn and work in a team-oriented, fast paced environment
- Able to work in a non air-conditioned environment
