Job Summary
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to move, stack, load, and retrieve goods within the warehouse. Load and unload trailers, containers, and trucks accurately while retrieving and placing pallets in high-bay racking systems using proper safety protocols. Organize and stack products in designated storage areas, perform daily equipment inspections, and report operational issues. Support inbound and outbound operations by staging and labeling shipments, working with shipping and receiving teams to ensure smooth dock operations. Maintain clean and orderly dock, racking, and staging areas in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed while adhering to all standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0–1 year of relevant warehouse experience
- Forklift certified or able to obtain and maintain forklift and equipment certifications
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment at various heights
- Strong attention to safety and detail in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Basic math and understanding of warehouse workflows
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
