Equipment Operator / Class B CDL - Req. ID: 3884

Equipment Operator (Class B CDL) responsible for safely operating front-end wheel loaders and other production equipment in outdoor industrial settings to support compost, mulch, and topsoil production. Will drive CDL vehicles to move materials, load tractors and trailers, perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, ensure compliance with DOT/OSHA and company safety policies, and assist with site operations and material movement. Must have valid Class B CDL and experience operating heavy equipment; strong safety focus and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to safety, instrumentation, and operational detail; willingness to perform daily maintenance checks and collaborate with operations and production teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
