Job Summary
Load, unload, and stack merchandise onto or from pallets, floors, or racks using material handling equipment. Separate products for shipment, affix labels, apply shrink-wrap, and transport goods between receiving, storage, and shipping areas. Use a scanner to process merchandise for inventory tracking and follow safety policies while lifting up to 75 pounds. Work 10–12-hour shifts in a warehouse environment with variable conditions, maintaining product integrity and accurate location tracking.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years' experience in a similar role in the warehouse environment
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written
- Ability to sufficiently read and comprehend freight instructions
- Possess basic mathematical skills
- Ability to safely operate pallet jack
- Excellent attendance
- Ability to work on a regular and predictable basis or as scheduled due to changes in the business needs and/or during peak season
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with variable noise levels, lighting conditions
- Ability to stand on your feet frequently for long periods of time and walk the fulfillment center and around area
- 10–12-hour shifts
- Ability to work in warehouse environment with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a continual basis
Desired Qualifications
- Required experience in operating a Forklift and/or pallet jack (active certification is a plus)
