Equipment Operator 2nd Shift

Operate heavy-duty equipment to move material around the site according to company guidelines and safety standards. Troubleshoot malfunctions using standard operating procedures and adjust equipment under direct supervision to maximize production. Maintain flexibility to take on additional tasks and assignments as required to support overall team operations and organizational needs. This role requires OSHA and MSHA regulation knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting skills. The position is a 2nd shift with a minimum of 1 year related experience. Martin Marietta supplies foundational building materials including aggregates and cement across 28 states, Canada, and the Bahamas.
