Job Summary
Operate a range of off-road vehicles and heavy equipment in a quarry/mining environment, including water truck, haul truck, dozers, loaders, and excavators. Perform daily pre- and post-shift inspections, report needed repairs, maintain safe operations around conveyors, surge piles, and crushers, and conduct ongoing preventative maintenance. Assist in training co-workers and ensure safe traffic flow and adherence to company safety standards. Typically 2nd shift (3PM–12AM) in Texas/Maryland locations; requires safety-conscious, dependable, and motivated candidates with experience operating mobile/construction equipment and a HS diploma or GED.
