Job Summary
Equipment Operator on 2nd shift at CVS Health Distribution Center. Operate powered equipment including forklifts and wire-guided systems to prepare, load, and move freight; ensure product accuracy and maintain clean, safe work areas. Support basic cross‐dock and consolidation tasks to keep warehouse operations running smoothly; perform safety inspections and maintain certifications. Read, write, and count accurately; lift 30–50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with team lift; work overtime or weekends during peak periods. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM; Starting pay: $22.00 with a $0.75 shift differential. Must be at least 18 and able to obtain/maintain warehouse equipment certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to obtain and maintain certification on warehouse powered equipment
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with team lift
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime or weekends during peak periods
