Job Summary

Equipment Operations Coordinator responsibilities include providing support to equipment operations in the equipment rental and construction supply business, including data entry transactions, organizing/distributing goods and services, billing, using data to support efficiency, and handling internal and external customer transactions related to equipment and material orders, fleet information, and billings. Key duties include accurate ERP data entry for rental and material transactions, responding to customers and vendors with pricing, availability, and specifications, and potentially shipping, receiving, and storing fleet materials. They organize/validate transfer tickets, guide drivers on storage locations, participate in safety meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement and Small Win communications. Purchase Orders are written via the ERP system, with follow-up on submitted orders and updates to the logistics catalog. Strong communication, MS Office proficiency, ERP data-entry ability, and an understanding of equipment/material identification and warehouse processes are required. Education required is a High School Diploma or GED, with relevant experience in rental, warehouse, or construction materials considered in lieu of formal education; 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
