Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in industrial equipment or B2B resale
- Familiarity with platforms like eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and niche industrial equipment marketplaces
- Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing strategy and market research
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and e-commerce listing tools
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of industrial equipment categories and specifications

Additional Requirements
- This is an in-office role, reporting daily on 1st shift to the Detroit headquarters office is required
