Job Summary
Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for Data Center civil infrastructure, including structures, foundations, pavements, and containment systems. Supervise contractor execution to ensure schedule adherence and safety compliance while reviewing maintenance plans and technical documentation. Conduct periodic inspections to identify risks and lead root cause analysis for incidents, minimizing operational impact during maintenance windows. Manage budgets, purchase orders, and cost controls for civil maintenance projects, ensuring alignment with construction, occupational safety, and environmental regulations. Generate performance reports, track KPIs, and support the design team in evaluating maintainability for new installations.
Required Qualifications
- Coordination of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for civil infrastructure of a Data Center
- Supervision of work execution related to structures, foundations, pavements, enclosures, roofs, drainage systems, retention systems, and architectural elements
- Management of contractors and suppliers ensuring compliance with schedules, technical specifications, and safety standards
- Review and validation of maintenance plans, work procedures, and technical documentation
- Coordination of periodic inspections to identify risks, deterioration, or deviations in infrastructure
- Follow-up on incidents and failures, leading root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
- Guaranteeing compliance with construction regulations, industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations
- Support to the design team in evaluating maintainability, lifecycle, and reliability of new installations or modifications
- Elaboration of performance reports, maintenance KPIs, and continuous improvement plans
- Management of budgets, purchase orders, and cost control associated with civil maintenance activities
- Coordination of maintenance windows minimizing impact on critical Data Center operations
- Maintenance of up-to-date technical documentation, as-built drawings, inspection records, and maintenance programs
