Job Summary
Equipment Management Specialist responsible for maximizing CSA equipment availability through monitoring of service and maintenance; communicate plans for repair/replacement of major components before failure; ensure on-time repair targets; manage costs for CSA contracts; identify out-of-scope repairs and communicate to client; maintain ownership and accountability; emphasis on safety and adherence to policies; requires strong mechanical aptitude with Caterpillar and related heavy equipment, and proficient use of service/work order systems. On-site role in Mesa, AZ with 1st/Day shift; HS diploma/GED required, 5+ years of experience, MSHA card, English proficiency, and valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of high school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in repair, maintenance, recondition and operation of Caterpillar machines
- Extensive mechanical experience in Caterpillar and other related Heavy Construction and Mining Equipment
- Current driver’s license
- Maintain current MSHA card
- Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write) in English
