Job Summary
Manage IQC requirements, limit samples, cosmetic specifications, and material approvals while handling equipment needs for IQC, OQC, repair, and production. Lead new model preparation including BOM verification, labels, functional testing, and jig inspection, and establish RMA and EOL processes. Manage equipment calibration cycles, analyze Production Tact Time and LOB performance, and register new models in KDMES. Procure jigs, MRO items, work instructions, and test programs, supporting software updates and equipment-related R&D. Coordinate closely with production, quality, engineering, and factory teams to support manufacturing excellence and production readiness at a leading electronics manufacturing operation in Jeddah.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing
- Hands-on experience in SMD/Main equipment management
- Strong knowledge of IQC, OQC, RMA, calibration, testing, BOMs, jigs, and manufacturing processes
- Experience with test programs, work instructions, and production analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills
Desired Qualifications
- Mobile device manufacturing experience is highly preferred
- Engineering degree or technical background preferred
