Equipment Maintenance Technician (Welding and Painting experience prefered)

Job Summary
Repair and refurbish steel donation bins and receiving carts; perform sanding, grinding, painting, labeling, and decal application on collection bins; use welding equipment and general mechanical tools to complete repairs and maintenance tasks; retrieve donation bins requiring refurbishment and ensure they are fully emptied before repairs; load and unload bins from trucks using a forklift; assist with maintenance involving wood, metal, and polymer materials; support warehouse operations including cleaning, sweeping, and organization; operate the bin scale system during truck unloading; maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment; assist with additional warehouse and operational duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous welding experience required
- Forklift experience preferred
- Experience in facilities maintenance or property management strongly preferred
