Job Summary
Equipment Maintenance Level 3 on 2nd shift supporting Swagelok operations in Solon, OH. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical problems; performing preventative maintenance; welding and soldering; fabrication and machining to support operations; leading shift start-up and promoting reliability excellence; applying basic shielded metal arc welding and plumbing skills; utilizing tools and measurement instruments (multi-meters, turn tests, hydraulic test gauges); reading equipment blueprints and electrical schematics; and training others in basic fabrication and lean practices (5S, standard work, Cedac). The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, safety compliance, and utilization of Predictive Technologies to improve equipment reliability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of applicable maintenance experience
- Technical degree is equivalent to 2 years experience
