Job Summary
Equipment Maintenance Technician in the Implant area for a 200mm semiconductor manufacturing facility. Maintains a fleet of implant-related equipment (ViiSta 3000/810/HCP, Axcelis GSD, EPI ASM-2000/2500) in a cleanroom environment. Works on Night Shift (D shift: Wed–Fri, e/o Sat, 7 PM–7:06 AM) with 15% night differential. Duties include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and upkeep of equipment; may involve use of APR and PPE; expects standing up to 75% of shift and lifting up to 50 lbs; may involve handling hazardous gases, chemicals, and voltages up to 1500 Volts. Work environment requires PPE such as smock, hood, booties, latex gloves, safety glasses; may require APR and additional protective equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with semiconductor equipment maintenance is a plus
