Equipment Maintenance Technician III - Second Shift - Sign on Bonus

Job Summary
Perform complex maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant equipment, including injection molding machinery. Execute routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoot production systems, and align, calibrate, and test various equipment. Conduct hydraulic, pneumatic, and high-voltage electrical repairs while setting up assembly lines and assisting with new equipment installation. Disassemble machines, replace defective parts, and maintain repair logs. Clean and lubricate parts as scheduled and instruct the production team on proper equipment use. Operate hand and power tools including drills, grinders, and band saws. Maintain safety and quality program compliance. Work the second shift from 3pm to 11:30pm, Monday through Friday, with on-call coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance
- Maintenance experience repairing plastic injection molding equipment
- Solid experience in repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Solid knowledge of mechanical equipment and electrical and hydraulic drawings
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair
- Ability to read and write English and interpret documents such as technical manuals, blueprints, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Knowledge and ability to use relevant hand tools in the repair of equipment
- Second Shift 3pm -11:30 pm, Mon - Fri, on-call coverage
