Job Summary
Maintain continuous system operation by adjusting, repairing, replacing, or modifying automation/robotic system components; troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and components; ensure preventative maintenance of robotic and process support equipment on a regular schedule; interpret PLCs and electrical/mechanical schematics; assist engineers in developing hardware/software for automation solutions; identify and repair malfunctions cost-effectively; perform calibrations and re-qualifications; assist with installation/removal of process equipment; support action tracking and testing plans to maintain precision of instruments and equipment; highest level may perform both software and hardware maintenance.
