Job Summary
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex diffusion equipment problems, including Thermco TMX and SVG VTR systems, while defining and implementing solutions. Utilize strong mechanical and electronic skills to interpret schematics, repair electromechanical systems, and apply electrical repair procedures. Maintain SPC standards within the manufacturing environment and demonstrate problem-solving abilities for installation, operation, and maintenance tasks. This role requires 5+ years of semiconductor equipment experience, a compressed work week (3-4 days), and is an ITAR position for U.S. citizens onsite in Palm Bay, FL.
Required Qualifications
- AS or AA in electrical, mechanical, military training, or 5+ years relevant work experience
- 5+ years supporting Diffusion equipment: Thermco TMX 9000/10000, SVG VTR 6000/7000
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a semiconductor-manufacturing environment
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Equipment Maintenance Field
- Must be able to lift 40lbs
- This is an ITAR role - the candidate must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. Person
- This position is 100% onsite in Palm Bay, FL
- Hours are on a compressed work week, 3 days- 7am to 7pm one week, and 4 days the next week
- Both day and night shifts are available
- Must have knowledge of SPC and know how it is used and implemented in the manufacturing environment

- Demonstrated knowledge in diagnosing, testing, and repairing equipment by utilizing electrical repair procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
