Job Summary
Join Analog Devices as an Equipment Maintenance Technician, playing a key role in the production of high-performance analog and digital signal processing integrated circuits. Responsibilities include assisting in tool repair, troubleshooting, and driving improvement projects, utilizing technical manuals and working with diverse teams. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong communication skills and analytical troubleshooting methods while following preventive maintenance procedures. A Level 6 Technical qualification or relevant experience is required, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Building towards bachelor’s degrees (NFQ Level 7) or Honours Bachelor’s degrees (NFQ Level 8)
- Level 6 Technical qualification with Relevant experience
- Capable of demonstrating analytical troubleshooting methods (Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving, 5-why)
- Able to follow preventative maintenance and Standard Work procedures
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of regulated environment or an Equipment Maintenance role within manufacturing industry
- Experience in hand tool application
- Basic understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategy
