Job Summary
Entry-Level Equipment Maintenance Technician (Wet Cleans) to support the performance, reliability, and uptime of wet clean semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on wet clean tools, troubleshooting pumps, valves, fluid delivery, chemical dispense and drain systems, sensors, heaters, and control components; using basic SPC methods to monitor tool performance and identify trends; maintaining accurate maintenance logs and equipment documentation; communicating technical findings and tool status to engineering and peer teams; maintaining a safe, organized work environment with strict chemical-handling and gowning procedures; identifying and proposing equipment or process improvements to enhance tool reliability and uptime; supporting continuous improvement initiatives; gaining hands-on experience with chemical delivery systems and wet process tools while collaborating with engineers.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- Willingness to safely handle chemicals used in wet cleaning processes
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
