Job Summary
Troubleshoot and maintain production and facilities equipment in a Class 2 cleanroom environment, adhering strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices and safety standards. Perform preventive maintenance and calibrate critical machinery to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with work instructions. Support the production floor through automated equipment setup and troubleshooting, while assisting engineering projects involving new process equipment installation, validation, and improvements. Rotate through the third shift from 11:00pm to 7:30am, Monday through Saturday, at the Grand Island, NY facility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Trade & Technical school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a production, manufacturing environment
- Experience in a cGMP facility
- Preventive Maintenance experience utilizing a computerized maintenance management system
- Ability to troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment to a component level
- Practical knowledge of cGMPs and working in an SOP environment
- Ability to aseptically gown and work in a cleanroom environment
- Shift: 3rd Shift Monday-Saturday 11:00pm-7:30am
Desired Qualifications
- Associate Degree
- Experience with Automated Manufacturing Equipment
- Advanced knowledge of electro-mechanical theory and best practices for repair and maintenance of related production equipment
- Basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers
