Job Summary
Equipment Maintenance Specialist role to maintain and repair factory machinery onsite at Boeing/Air Force-linked facilities in Smithfield or Lemont Furnace, PA. Performs maintenance, troubleshooting, disassembly/rebuilds, and testing of equipment using mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics; interprets advanced blueprints and schematics; manages spare parts inventories; works under limited supervision and onsite 100%. Requires Associate’s degree or technical certificate/experience and 1+ years of related work experience. Preferred LOTOTO and High Voltage Safety Training; exposure to preventative maintenance planning. Must meet U.S. export control and security-clearance requirements; relocation not negotiable; visa sponsorship not offered.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or higher, a Technical certificate or degree, or 1 or more years of equivalent technical experience
- 1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Lock Out / Tag Out / Try Out (LOTOTO) Training
- High Voltage Safety Training
- Previous experience developing and executing preventative maintenance plans for plant machinery or electronic equipment
- U.S. export control compliance requirements
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
