Equipment Maintenance Manager - Landfill

Oversee staff and equipment to maintain efficient, safe, and clean operations at maximum utilization and lower cost. Plan, budget, and implement all maintenance initiatives while ensuring compliance with Local, State, Federal, and OSHA requirements. Manage preventative maintenance schedules, repair workflows, and inventory levels to keep spare equipment ratios and parts management optimal. Supervise, train, and discipline maintenance personnel, evaluate budgets, and provide input for capital expenditures. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on work orders, labor costs, and warranty claims. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with seven years of experience; operates in both office and plant/field environments.
