Equipment Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary
Mechanical and electrical maintenance of manufacturing equipment including conveyor systems and production machines; troubleshoot in-circuit testers and associated test fixtures to ensure on-line equipment; perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and re-qualifications at specified intervals; assist process technicians and engineers with installation/removal of process equipment; contribute to corrective action reports and process tracking; record equipment activity; may travel to other Flex sites or equipment vendors’ locations; highest level may perform both software and hardware maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Typically requires 2+ years of experience in similar position
- A background in manufacturing
- Knowledge of SMT and Backend equipment
- Experience in inventory management
