Job Summary
Equipment Maintenance 4 role: maintain, repair, and diagnose CNC production equipment and related systems; perform routine and emergency repairs on complex machines (lathes, large machines, CNC equipment); map/diagnose I/O, PLC or CNC; read schematics; perform PFMEA/LOTO; maintain 6S and safety; requires 5+ years in manufacturing/industrial maintenance; capable of leading maintenance efforts, planning repair procedures, and working with cross-functional teams; lifts up to 50 pounds and potential overtime/off-shift work.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance in manufacturing or industrial environment
- Apprenticeship or equivalent training
- Advanced mechanical knowledge
- Ability to read schematics (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic)
- PFMEA
- LOTO
- Ability to operate forklifts, man lifts, hand and power tools
- Strong leadership and teamwork
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience with CNC, servo motors and related controls wiring
- Ability to map/diagnose I/O, PLC/CNC
- Experience with reading drawings and technical specs
- Ability to work varying shifts or weekends as needed
