Job Summary
Maintain accurate equipment records, develop lifecycle management strategies, and perform preventive maintenance while troubleshooting complex technical issues. Prepare and finalize all compliance documentation, research new equipment acquisitions, and provide training to colleagues and partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory adherence and support equipment rollouts in a shift-based environment. Fluent in English with a relevant engineering degree and six months of experience, this full-time role offers a competitive base salary plus bonuses. Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English (C1), both written and spoken
- University degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems
- Advanced computer literacy (data analysis, reporting, database management)
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and presentation skills
- Strong communication abilities to explain technical concepts clearly
- Previous experience in equipment or asset management
- Experience in a shift-based or 24/7 operational environment
- Familiarity with health & safety compliance in technical settings
- Proven ability to anticipate and resolve technical challenges proactively
- Experience supporting equipment rollouts or implementation projects
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented team player with a proactive mindset
