Job Summary
Conduct field service calls to install equipment, secure implements safely, and operate various pumps and attachments. Utilize hand and power tools to unload and load gear on company and customer vehicles. Assist with routine inspections, minor repairs, and general maintenance of equipment. Manage workflow to complete assignments timely while adhering to workplace safety and environmental standards. Work as part of a crew or independently without supervision. Available for 24/7 on-call rotation and overtime as needed. Based in Deer Park, TX, this role supports SAGE Rental Services' equipment sales to construction, municipal, and industrial markets.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work as part of a team/crew
- Must be expected to work without supervision
- Capability to secure implements safely and precisely
- Ability to operate and setup all types of pumps and equipment
- Utilize all hand and power tools required to complete the assignment
- Unload and load equipment and attachments on both company and customer vehicles
- Assist with routine inspections, minor repairs, general maintenance, and cleaning of equipment
- Assist in the shop and/or yard areas when not in the field
- Knowledge of machines and tools - their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
- Must be 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must be willing and available to be on call 24/7 for after-hours requests
